Duties:
- Work independently and complete various construction tasks such as carpentry, fence building, light stucco, construction painting, drywall, light plumbing (irrigation), light electrical, welding (optional), blueprint reading, trim carpentry.
- As a working supervisor be able to direct others in general construction tasks.
Follow instructions from supervisors and perform tasks accordingly.
- Operate and maintain construction tools and equipment.
- Ensure the worksite is clean and organized.
- Adhere to safety protocols and wear appropriate protective gear.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in construction or related construction field is required.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Familiarity with construction tools and equipment.
- Basic knowledge of construction techniques and materials.
- Ability to read blueprints is a plus.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

- Proven Experience in multiple aspects of General Construction - Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
Driving record must be clean to operate company vehicles.
