We offer flexible schedules and shifts starting at 3am, 5am, 7am, 9am, 12pm, 1pm, and 5pm.

Cashier is a vital member of the restaurant team responsible for handling customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
This role involves providing excellent customer service, processing payments, managing cash registers, and maintaining a clean and organized cashier station.
Restaurant cashiers are often the first point of contact between the customer and the establishment, making their role essential in making a good first impression.
Key
Responsibilities:
Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
Assist customers with menu inquiries, specials, and promotions.
Provide efficient and courteous service to ensure a positive dining experience.
Accurately input customer orders into the point-of-sale (POS) system.
Ensure that orders are complete and correct before finalizing transactions.
Process takeout, delivery, or dine-in orders as required.
Receive cash, credit card, and mobile payment from customers.
Maintain a balanced cash drawer and reconcile transactions at the end of the shift.
Suggest additional menu items or upsell specials and promotions when appropriate.
Inform customers about loyalty programs or discounts available.
Operate the cash register and POS system efficiently.
Maintain a clean and organized cashier station.
Assist in keeping the restaurant's front-of-house area tidy.
Restock necessary items such as napkins, utensils, and condiments.
Address customer concerns or issues regarding payments or orders.
Escalate customer complaints to a manager when necessary.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a cashier or customer service role is preferred.
Attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Basic computer skills for operating POS systems.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure environment.
