The Meadowglade runs 24 hours, 365 days a year.
In this position you may cover all or part of any of the following shifts:

This is an hourly position starting at $20 per hour.
The QualificationsTo be a good fit for the Guest Service Specialist position, you will have:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, hospitality or a related positionA genuine interest in working with the populations we serveFirst aid and CPR certification This position requires a valid California driver's license and the ability to pass and maintain a clean driving record check (MVR) in accordance with our company standardsComfort driving an 11-passenger van for outings, clinic pick-up/drop-off, doctor's appointments, etc.
Dependability; the ability to attend each shift and do quality work with minimal supervisionStrong verbal, written and active listening communication skills Must be able to lift and carry objects (25 lbs.
), such as dishes, laundry and supplies, climb stairs and stand or sit for long periodsThe Job Reporting to the Guest Service Specialist Supervisor, you will provide a high level of customer service to adults (clients) living on the property, ensuring they have what they need while following the lead of your supervisor and the requirements of the role.
You will act professionally and appropriately in all of your client interactions, being friendly and helpful, but not a friend.
You'll never directly correct clients, but will observe and report as required.
You will perform a variety of tasks including a good deal of housekeeping (e.
g.
, doing dishes after meals, taking laundry up and down the stairs, driving the van for shopping trips, transport, emergencies, etc.
, and facilitating activities).
