30pm Reporting to the Facility Manager, working in two high end residential homes, you will help ensure that all general areas and client rooms are hotel ready at all times.
You'll work in collaboration with the Janitor and other staff.
At the start of your shift, you will clean up and tidy the general area including fluffing pillows, picking up dishes, trash, and cleaning the main living space.
The facility manager or other leaders may alert you to house tours.
You will also:
Dusting and polishing furniture and fixtures Cleaning and sanitizing toilets, showers/bathtubs, countertops, and sinks Maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen area Making beds and changing linens Vacuuming and cleaning carpets and rugs Sweeping/vacuuming, polishing, and mopping hard floors Sorting, washing, loading, and unloading laundry (towels, kitchen cloths, bedding, etc.
) Keeping bathrooms stocked with clean linens, toiletries, and other supplies And more As a company, we work as a team to support each other.
It is important that you maintain a professional relationship with all employees.
It is expected that all staff pick up and pitch in when/where necessary to ensure that those in our care receive the highest level of quality care available.
We'll expect you to interact with clients respectfully, but keep interactions to a minimum.
You will bring:

years of experience in housekeeping.
The ability to work with minimal supervision.
A team orientation and ability to work well with teammates.
Dependability and reliability.
The ability to interact with clients in a professional manner.
As Housekeeper, you will float between 2 residential locations both located on the same property, accessible by golf cart.
