A Typical DayThe Title Specialist is responsible for managing key metrics related to a portfolio of properties delivering title and title curative activities according to investor guidelines.
As the Specialist, you will maintain a case for each matter in which the specialist will be required to document the title issue and assess risk related to the company and investor and propose relevant solutions.
The Title Specialist will:
Manage and monitor title delivery according to investor guidelinesResearch and evaluate findings by attorneys, title companies or business partnersEvaluate title reports and research potential risk of title defectAssist with processing and payment of invoicesMonitor progress of any title curative activity and keep management up to datePerform other related duties as required and assignedDemonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization's desired culture and valuesWhat You'll BringAssociate's degree or equivalent work experience3
