Summary:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service via email and phone.
Your main objective will be to ensure customer satisfaction by promptly and effectively addressing their inquiries and concerns.
Responsibilities:
Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues via email and phone in a timely and professional manner.
Providing accurate information about products, services, and order status.
Assisting customers with placing orders, processing returns, and handling warranty claims.
Identifying and escalating complex customer issues to the appropriate department for resolution.
Maintaining customer records and updating relevant information in the company's CRM system.
Collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Continuously improving product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries.
Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to remain calm and patient in challenging customer situations.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and order processing.
Proficient computer skills, including experience with CRM software and email platforms.
Prior customer service experience is preferred but not required.
Knowledge of the hunting industry is a plus.
Location and Work Schedule:
This position is located in Moorpark, California.
The work schedule is Monday to Friday, 9:
00 AM to 5:
00 PM.
