Responsibilities:
Handle all documentation and paperwork including but not limited to:
Submittals, RFI's, O & M Turnover and Punch lists, Bidding/Procurement, Estimates, Permits, Cost Analysis for expenses and Cash Flow, Change Order Requests and Proposals
Experience:
5 years construction management experience in the renovation of multi-family and water intrusion Knowledge of construction project management principles Understand construction means and methods Plan reading, take-offs Relationship with local subcontractors a plus Working knowledge of all trades Scheduling Skills:
Looking for an excellent communicator that can stay organized, multi task and is a self-starter.
Must be able to diagnose and solve problems in the field.
Must have technical experience.
Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Outlook and Project Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$75,000.
