Program Manager

SSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Proactively manage program activities to ensure company and customer commitments are met with regard to program scope, cost and schedule. Monitor program status (scope, schedule, and cost) and derive and implement contingencies and corrective actions with the team as needed to meet project goals. Actively lead and manage program team member daily activities to successfully progress through and complete key program milestones including Requirements Review (SRR), Design Reviews (PDR/CDR), Manufacturing Readiness Reviews (MRR), and Test Readiness Reviews(TRR).  The successful candidate will have extensive experience leading these activities in both a customer and senior management environment. Communication (both internal and externally with the customer) and decision making throughout all phases of the program (device definition, development, qualification, and product delivery. Lead the development of winning proposals to customers for future work by creating a program scope, schedule, and cost estimate to achieve customer and company objectives.  Be the focal point with the customer and for the internal proposal development team to resolve questions, concerns or risks associated with the company being able to satisfy customer stated requirements and scope.  With the business development function, assist in the competitive assessment and price recommendation to capture new opportunities with customers served. Maintain accurate forecasts of revenue from programs and customers served. Be an advocate and contributor for continuous improvement to department and overall company business processes. In coordination with the contracts function, the negotiation of contracts and contract changes with the customer. Work with management peers (Engineering Manager, Production Manager, and fellow Program Managers) to communicate and ensure resource priorities are aligned with individual program needs. Requirements:   BS Degree in Engineering Discipline 7 to 10 years' experience as Program or Project Manager leading technical projects in the Aerospace & Defense industry. Leadership and Team Building Skills.Must be able to effectively communicate and interact with customers and all levels of management within EBA&D. Interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions including customer specifications and statements of work Define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Apply principles of logical or scientific thinking.Able to assess program risk (technical, schedule, cost) and lead the development of mitigation steps or countermeasures. Speak, read, and write effective English.Write technical communications and documentation with clear, concise information using good grammar, spelling, punctuation and structure.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
