Plant Leaders: Develop the team to maintain and enhance a competitive edge and service to the customer. Lead safety awareness and implement new and innovative techniques to assure a safe working environment. Establish and maintain high visibility to employees and create a safe environment for participation. Promotes hands-on, high involvement approaches to problem solving. Drive a continuous improvement philosophy utilizing the Toyota Production Systems Lean Manufacturing (TPS). Establish a leadership climate that fosters collaboration across the enterprise. Assist the enterprise in Lean application. Meet and exceed year over year financial targets through active continuous improvement projects and driving material and non-material cost out of the business. Direct and manage the establishment and maintenance of material replenishment methods, quality standards and performance metrics in support of the organizational goals and objectives. Lead and mentor managers and supervisors in the development of a Winning Culture. Develop and improve the skills, knowledge and abilities of the managers and supervisors to ensure strong succession planning. Support the development of a range of products that will increase our market share or expand our market potential You should: Have earned at least a Bachelor's Degree in Operations Management, Business, Engineering or related field Have 5+years of experience in a Plant Manufacturing Leadership Role or equivalent Have 5+ years of P&L responsibilities Demonstrated understanding of Lean Manufacturing concepts Proven history of increased responsibility and knowledge Have excellent organization, analytical, communication and presentation skills We like, but don't require: Master's Degree in Operations Management, Business, Engineering or related field Diversity and Inclusion: With our expanding global presence, cross-cultural insight and competence are essential for our ongoing success. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
