Lean Manufacturing: Design and implement Lean processes and systems while following the PDCA cycle. Define measurable goals and objectives for lean activities. Build and facilitate multidisciplinary short and long term lean activities. Implement and follow up on lean improvements. Coach site and functional resources accordingly. Plan and execute projects of small to medium scope - possess project management skills. Supports all Lean manufacturing activities as required within the location, including: kaizen events, projects and any other activities to improve and further lean efforts as they relate to the transformation plan. Implement lean-manufacturing techniques; 5S, Flow, PFEP, Kanban, Standard Work Reduce inventory and apply good housekeeping techniques. Utilize project management tools (A3s, RCCMs, etc.) to drive the completion of process improvement objectives impacting safety, quality, delivery, and cost deliverables. Coach and drive accountability for individuals throughout the lifecycle of process improvement activities Monitors performance to standard work throughout operations, including: shop floor and office 5S, daily Gemba adherence You should: Have earned at least a BS Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Business degree or similar discipline required Have 5+ years of experience working in a fast paced manufacturing environment with assignments in Lean Possess a thorough knowledge and understanding of lean principles and processes. Working knowledge of the majority of these tools is required: 5S, lean metrics, value stream mapping, takt, poke yoke, SMED, FMEA, root cause countermeasure, 5 Why, One Piece Flow, Kanban, continuous improvement, employee participation and level scheduling Have manufacturing/Continuous Improvement implementation Operations experience Diversity and Inclusion: With our expanding global presence, cross-cultural insight and competence are essential for our ongoing success. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
